Clarity about my situation: Our journey always begin by recognising our starting point. With specific exercises for self-awareness, you will get an overview of who and where you right now, and the practice of putting it into paper will help you understand where there is potential to change.
Clarity about who I am: This section is about your values and personality - what motivates you and what automatically makes your life easier than other things. The exercises may be challenging, but they will help you focus your attention on what represents you from the inside out. This will create the basis for your future direction.
Clarity about what I want: Once you have figured out where and who you are, the objective is to visualise what you want to achieve in each area of your life. The idea is to identify the gaps between where you are now and where do you need or want to be, in order to develop a strong strategy and plan to close these gaps.
Clarity about my direction: With more clarity about your current situation, who you are now and where do you want to go, we should explore what the way to get there might be. And that requires changing the only thing we have complete control over: ourselves. This practice will reveal who is the person you need to be in order to be fulfilled, and will guide you to craft a new empowering and positive identity for yourself.
